If you use s it thinks your spelling s h i t. If you notice s is the only letter it leaves on the others. Im tired of this get used to it.

When it comes to filters better to be too sensitive than not sensitive enough.

H    e   l   l    o   WoodChips, I do agree that although the filters are necessary, they can also be frustrating.

I do beleive you are talking about the 335 plunge router attatchment.  I tell you it certainly is alot of fun!  You can do so much with it.  I am anxiously awaiting a picture of Giovanni's Ceramic tile name plate for the front of his house to see how it turned out.

Two of us suggested to him to recess the tiles into his wood by routing out just right amount of wood so the tiles would sit flush, and yet still retain a strong wood backing.

One suggestion I would make to you is that on one of the handles you can lock the up/down position by twisting it tight.  I would recommend against using that lock until you get use to the attatchment.

Also, when introducing the bit into the working piece of wood for the first time, go extremely slow.  Because the bits are small, the bit will flex a little bit and they will be out of alignment if you introduce the bit to the wood too fast.

Goodluck with it, and have fun!

Barry.

If you live to love, then you'll love to live!

Post-Christmas greetings!

Santa has added a Nikota Multi-Purpose cutting tool to my wood working repertoire. (Santa being myself, lol)

I know very little about computer programming but wouldn't a filter be more effective if it evaluated the entire word? Shouldn't have to string out h e l l o before you can get to the last letter.

Hope you all had good holiday seasons.

I have a question for you guys. I also just bought the router attachment for my dremel. But I am curious what is better? My dremel with the router attachment or a Bosch Palm Router which is twice the price of the router attachment and the six-piece router bit set for the dremel? Your opinions are much appreciated!

Thanks!

I have the tabletop router table that fits my Dremel. I really like it. I route things on it that I would not want to drag out my huge Craftsman router for. I have the Dremel router bit set for it too. I like the guide on it. I can use it to rabbit and groove small boards that I would not want to use a large router on. Dremel makes a lot of great items to use the rotary tool with.
