Plastic materials tend to melt under high speed cutting bits.

Curt

RE: Cutting a hole in Plastic for a switch

I would get the Model 565 multipurpose cutting kit then make a template to draw out my cut or use as a guide. I am an installer of emergency lighting equipment on emergency vehicles. It has come time to do an installation that involves mounting a switch in a piece of plastic or in a dash (tbd) and I was wondering what would be the best tool and kit or bits to do the job. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
