Is there a webpage of breakdowns for my 395 variable speed Dremel?

I am needing the rubber/plastic sleeve that connects the motor to the end shaft and bearing assembly.

Hi

To download owners manuals and illustrated parts lists click "Customer Service" in the top black bar of this screen. When the customer service page opens you will see a selection list on the left side. Click on "Manuals and Literature". You will next see a listing of available ".pdf" files for download. The model 395 is also referred to as the "Variable Speed MultiPro Rotary Tool". If the owners manual for the 395 is anything like the one for my 400 XPR, the illustrated parts list will be in it. I have no idea why they have separate parts lists for the other models listed there but not for the 395. As the only Internet access available to me where I live is dial up, I didn't download the manual to find out if it was there for sure. Those manuals are fairly informative and the download would have taken quite some time to finish.
