i have recently been having fun casting sm bronze art pc's, the dremel has proven it's value. but i needed to get into tight spots that needed a fine polish. i remembered a sanding cone shape that was used at a shop i worked at, but they were too large for my pc's,i decided to make my own. one sheet of 80 grit emery cloth, a tube of glue, and a mandrel made from a sm drill bit (.093). i cut the emery with scissors 2 in. long, 3/4 wide, tapering to a point, roll the cloth(like a cigarette) add small drops of glue as you roll, press onto the mandrel,i use low speed, results are immediate. maybe this could be another acc. for the dremel family. ron francis

i've realized that the drill bit(.093) must be tapered to a point to secure the sanding cone. ron francis....

That sounds like a good idea one that I might have to try. Thanks for the idea.
