The rotozip is a semi useful item.
It looks just like aa 1/8in. drill bit but in fact has spiraling cutting edge along the length. Would this be to much for the dremels top bearing?
Could I use the roto to cut out panels of inch thick fiberglass?
Is this a viable tool for enlarging or reaming a drilled hole in aluminum?
Is anyone doing this?

DIY is loveing deeply

I believe that bit should cut fiberglass I was looking at the #561 bit for the multi-purpose cutter for the Dremel and it says it will cut fiberglass so I would give it a try. I worked in a boat factory for about 4 years and we used Jigsaws with wood or metel blades I think the metel cutting blades done the best. Well I'm rambling try the bit it should do the job.
