I'm having problems with my Dremel overheating (Dremel 4000).  I know it's designed for occasional hobby use, but it often fails to start and gets too hot to hold after running under no load for just 5 mins.  It has been really useful for a couple of jobs, but I still have not used most of the attachments it came with it!  Having had this happen before (and paid to have it sent off and repaired) it's very disappointing to have it happen again after a couple of uses.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem?  Should I just keep using it, or will it catch on fire?

Thanks in advance - i'm loathed to just bin it as it was rather expensive, in perfect condition and (when it works) very useful for the occasional delicate job.
