Last summer, I developed an obsession to complete a collection of every available Dremel MotoTool bit.  The bit you need for a job is always the one you don't have, so I figured I'd solve that problem once and for all.

After searching on eBay, I found that the trader doing business there as Thomasaxel1999 had the best prices and inventory of genuine Dremel Bits.  He also had a website www.yourtooltime.com but that looks like it's under construction at the moment.  He does have current items for sale on eBay.  You might want to email him to see if he has a current Dremel bit price list. His email is  Thomasaxel@aol.com

I wound up filling in my collection from him as his prices were the best.  He offers both new and items in damaged packaging. The later is merchandise returned from stores with damaged packaging (crushed blister packs, etc.).  As I usually remove the bits from the packaging before using I found the damaged packaging items were quite a bargain.

Service was excellent as well.  As I was ordering about $200 in one order, he also through in some freebies on his own!  Standard disclaimer that I have no financial or personal interest in the vendor applies.

Best of Luck,

Gary

Gary-Basically, that's what I'm looking for---trying to get every attachment I can find to make a complete set.  I want everything.  I'm going to keep checking his website for updates.  Thank you.

PS I'd still like to know if anyone out there is finding similar deals.  Let me know!

Have fun collecting them.    Download the "accesories guide" from http://www.dremel.com/en-us/customer-service/manuals-and-literature/  to use as your checklist.

I have since found www.toolsdirect.com as a good site for low-cost Dremel accessories.  Just wanted to share.

To add a new thread here, just click on "Add Topic" at the top of the screen.

I would think most of the various cutoff wheels would cut your aluminum arrow shafts quite cleanly.  I've never cut carbon fiber, so I'm not sure if there would be issues with that or whether the edge would get fuzzy.

The exact right angle requirement probably means you have to build a jig to hold the Dremel tool and shaft in precise parallel alignment.  The new tool station may allow the tool to be held at right angles to the traditional drilling orientation and still allow it to be lowered on to the stock.  If you made a fence for the base and clamped the arrow stock to it that might work.
