I knew it would be smart to keep carbon brushes on hand, so when I saw a package of them at a local store, I picked them up. It said they were for my 395. Now, looking them up on the website, I see there are two kinds. I looked in my owner's manual but it doesn't say a thing about there being two different kinds. I purchased 90830, which says it's for type 3, 4, and 5, but I don't know what that means. There's also 90829 for type 1 and 2. What's this "type" they're talking about? I'm so confused!  |

Hi, both brushes can be used with your 395. I have both models too and checked them myself. It will fit your model.
