When i was using the multipurpose drill bit included in the set that i bought the dremel 300i to cut some wood down to size. I followed the instructions on how to cut wood(i.e. tilting at an angle for initial cut, etc.) When i was finished with the one piece of wood, i noticed that the bit and head of the dremel were both warped a bit to one side. I dismissed this as being normal and continued working on another piece of wood. Instead of having a nice even smoothness and rather quiet and even sound I got while cutting the first time, I was greeted with a loud, buzzing noise accompanied with some violent shaking of the tool. I suspected the bit and head were both out of alignment, but didn't have any idea on how to fix this problem...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that your thoughts are right I own 3 Dremels the 275 and 395 both wobble. My 400XPR seems to run a little smoother. I thought it was just mine.

If it is still under warranty take it back for a new one. Or call Dremel customer service. Click on customer service at the top

Alright, but i don't think i need a new one considering that the problem with the centering of the head doesn't cross over to other accessories.
Thanks anyways.
