I'm in love with the new multi-master.  As part of installing pergo floors in my basement, I used it multiple times:

1. undercut door jams

2. was able to re-use the stair nose as a reducer by slicing off 1/2 the rounded end.  It cut very smoothly and looks like I bought it that way.

3. when putting on trim, i was able to nip off a nail when I found that the trim was misaligned to the floor

4. Was able to adjust the trim around the bi-fold doors after they were installed when I realized the doors needed an angle to fold out.

5. Did an acceptable job coping considering it was white trim and thus was being painted/caulked.

Basically this tool is great for not having to remove things and start over saving me time and money.

The only negative so far is that because it is based on vibration, the item must be very tightly secured to use the tool (so no holding an item in your hand or between your knees) though I guess that is an extra safety feature.
