I've just bought the Dremel Workstation and a Flexshat to go with my Series 300 tool. I'm trying to assemble the Workstation but the metal poles seem to have got stuck inside one another (I noticed after taking the black rubber cups off the ends). Is this how they come? And how can i free them so I that I can get on with things? Thanks in advance

To get them unstuck turn the pole counter clockwise to loosen it. Turn it clockwise to tighten it or else it will just slide up and down. It is the top pole you have to turn.

Thank you. I had to take back in the end, there was no way of getting the smaller inside pole out of the other one. I think someone had forced it back in the shop and I was unlucky enough to pick that one!
