On the bottom row from left to right, the silver are stainless steel, then copper, then brush. I use these tools often for cleaning small areas and clearing the funk off battery terminals when my kids misuse their electronics and the batteries leak.

The blue ones in the middle look like rubber polishing bits. I do not recognize the black disk. the two on the far right are sanding bits for irregular, soft materials like wood and plastic, 80 grit.

Wow! Somebody really did you a nice favour!

What you have here is basically a complete set of the Aluminum Oxide (AL0) (red) coarse  grinding stones, the green Silicon Carbide  (SiC)  medium grinding stones, and the blue (fine) ceramic grinding stones  by FOREDOM. Plus, you have an assortment of bristle brushes and a couple of flap sanders.
