| Rumor has it that Dremel has ceased production of the Dremel scroll saw to concentrate on rotary tools. My Dremel saw is only a little over a year old; will I be able to buy parts if and when I need them? Say it aint so.

I would say that you would still be able to get parts. I don't know if Dremel is discontinuing all of its skrol saws you would have to call customer service.

| ****o anyone and everyone. I called Dremel today to ask about getting a new fuse holder fo my Dremel 1680 scroll saw and was told by customer service that they had indeed discontinued their production of scroll saws. I was told to call CPO dremel, as they carried "parts". I did call that company and their customer service representitive acted as though they didn't carry any parts. Isn't this a fine kettle of fish? I can just put any good fuse holder in it, but I suppose that means that when the brushes wear out that I have a "boat anchor" sitting on my work bench. I guess I'll just have to back-up and punt (Bummer). Muskrat.
