The Dremel 10.8V Model 8000-03 would be the best kit to get it has all the power needed for doing the things you mentioned in your post Also in the kit comes many of the bits you will need to do the things you would like for it to do.
This will be my next Dremel tool purchase

It doesn't come with any attachments it comes with 40 assorted accessories like cut off wheels felt buffing pads sanding drums and bands and lots of other things. Ask the store to open it and check to make sure the charger and battery pac is there. The first accessory I would get would be another battery.
Then look around at the attachments and see if you might like one.
