My trusty Dremel #275 failed and when I disassembled it, I saw the problem is with the part Dremel calls the "Flexible Coupler" which is a nylon gear, essentially, that mates with another gear they call the "Spline Driver".

My question: How do I get the old "Spline Driver" off? Does it pull off? Unscrew?

See .jpeg attachment photo.
