I had bought this a defective one last month.I had complain that to you company for 3 weeks. But I haven't get any response form your company.I seems to have had bad luck to get this defective product made by the company doesn't bear responsibility!There is the film of my defective dremel 8200:

I live in Taiwan, I had given up to the refund of Amazon.

Because it would cost 3 times oversea mailing, and the expense would be more expansive than the product!

I had checked the components.

I found the battery and the motor are intact.

If I could be luck to get help from dremel.

I hope you can sell me the two Main IC components of 8200 so that I can fix it my own!

****o, this is Beth from Dremel.  I am sorry that you (and the other user), had difficulty in returning your tool to Dremel for service.  This surprises me because Dremel is VERY QUICK in responding to issues as such and especially with a warranted tool, once it is mailed into us, for the USA users, it is a 3-4 day turn around time frame.  (For foreign, we encourage you to go into our website and put in the country you are from, this will give you a phone number to the customer service department either in your country, or one closest.  You can contact them then for directions as to what to do with your tool).  For those of you who are in the USA, please call our toll free phone number of 1-800-437-3635, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, CST.  For Canada, please call our representative in Canada, which is Giles Tool Agency.  They can be reached as well, Monday-Friday at 1-800-268-4255.  I hope that this has helped to clear up some confusions to our end users.  Thanks once again for your patronage!
