Hi this is Beth from Dremel Customer Service. I just wanted to let you know that unfortunately, your 380 model tool will not work with the 225 Flex Shaft. There is no adapter for this neither. If you have any further questions, please call our Dremel Customer Service Department on the toll free number of: 1-800-437-3635, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, CST. Any of us would be happy to assist you!

If you don't have two left hands it might be easy to make a home brew adaptor for your old Dremel, but I wouldn't advise you to do so, because the machine has not enough power to manage the flexible axis. For about $25 you can buy a Chinese Dremel imitation included the flexible axis. It does of course not have the precision of the OEM Dremel, but you have to decide if you need this.
