Dremel is really missing the boat on the money they can make if they would recommend it for doing DIY dental work. I know my 395 with a cutting blade works fantastic for cutting out ingrown toe nails. Using a bit of caution of course. You cut a little to deep you'll see some blood. Also have to be careful and go slowly or you'll create to much heat and burn your toe. I'll warn you though, the stinch of burning toe nail is horrific so be prepared for that. I've got pics and video if anyone is interested on a How To. I'd have posted it up on You Tube, but I've got ugly toes, so I was a bit shy and didn't do it. Seems I have to do each side of each big toe about once a year, so that means about every 3 months I've been cutting them out. Much less pain than the Dr. cramming 4 long needles under my toe, and he does make me bleed, not to mention the time, gas, wait time at the Dr.s office, then a bandage for a few days that I can't wear socks, a copay. Not any more. Grit my teeth and 15 minutes later, problem fixed on the one for another year.
