I've had the 8200 for about 6 months now and have used it for various projects. It does a good job sanding and cleaning just about anything. The quality of the wire brush cleaning wheel that came with mine could be improved however. The brush wore down to nothing the first time I used it.
The fact that the 8200 is cordless is very handy - I used it to cut a couple of inches off an 8 inch pvc pipe in my front lawn so I could lower the caps below the grass line.
I recently installed plastic leaf guards on all my gutters, the 3 ft sections from Lowe's. To allow the sections to snap onto the gutter, I had to cut gaps in the plastic where the gutter mounting nails were located. This was a snap with the 8200. I left it on the roof and did the cutting on the ladder. Eliminated lots of hassles.
The kit I ordered came with two batteries and the charger works well.
Everything considered, I'm happy with the 8200 and would recommend it to friends.
