Colets missing from accessories box, and instructions on how to add accessories totally missing. Not everyone who purchases a new tool is an expert in its use already. Wanted to use the item for grout removal with grout removal bit. Now, will return to store and purchase an item from another company, hopefully with a complete set of instructions AND parts. Total waste of time and money.

I've recently bought 2 Dremels, a 100 and 200. Everything was in the box, including basic instructions, warranty, a poster for all the parts, and both were nearly identical in content, and from 2 different vendors; I bought them retail.

Could yours have been an open box item? Bought online and someone resealed it?

Sincerely,

Saturation
