Head to your local Biglots and pick up one of their cheapo bit sets. A lot of them include collet wrenches. Same goes for Dremel bit sets.

After a couple of years, you'll have them laying all over the place. Same goes for the grind stones. You'll accumulate so many, you'll start looking for creative uses for them.

If you don't want to go that route, head to your local autoparts store or Sears etc and pick up a single, SMALL 3/8" open end wrench.

And next time, tie it to a string and hang it off the wire bail on the back end of your Dremel.

Call Dremel customer service. Price is reasonable and free shipping. The last small item I got from them they waived the price rather than pay their "fee" for me to use my credit card on such a small purchase!

In the mean time use a 3/8 or smaller wrench from your toolbox.

WHen I got my first Dremel tool nine years ago it came with the Flex Shaft but the driver cap was missing so what I did wzas the first accessory order I put in soon after that I ordered a new driver cap with it. Maybe you could do that with your missing collet wrench.
