****o this is Beth from Dremel.  The best advise I would have for you in polishing your manifold (stainless steel I believe), would be one of our "Stainless Steel Brushes".  We make these in three different shapes (#530, #531 and #532).  These stainless steel brushes do not cause "after-rust" when used on corrosive-resistant materials like pewter, aluminum and stainless steel.  (You might want to go onto our website and "view" these bits under "Accessories/Rotary Tools/Cleaning-Polishing category).  Should you have any further questions, please feel free otherwise to call our Dremel Customer Service Department on our toll free phone number of 1-800-437-3635, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.  Have a great day!
